Our mission is to encourage people of all ages to come out, explore, and enjoy everything Hillsdale State Park has to offer—while helping beautify, enhance, and improve the park for everyone to enjoy.

We strive to create a welcoming place where families, friends, and visitors can relax, make memories, and enjoy the great outdoors. Through our efforts, we hope to bring even more fun, excitement, and opportunities to Hillsdale State Park.

Friends of the Lake has helped bring new experiences to the park, including exciting events, Glen’s Camp Store, The Chill Shack, watercraft rentals, and more. We’re proud to continue growing and improving the park while creating memorable experiences for our community and guests.
